JUVENILE BILL OF RIGHTS
1- Must be provided legal rep. before questions about anything.[FREE]
2- NEVER ever prosecuted as adult no matter the offense.
3- If ssri's are causal IT'S primary control is to counseling. NO prison time. They're already tragically traumatized, by the PSYCH break.
4- ANYONE 25yrs & Less = JUVENILE
5- Parents are to be notified immediately if child is apprehended.
6- Create a new criteria/procedure for handling these JBoR cases.
7- Only atty's w/ proper training in Juvenile law; JBoR cases & rights.
8- Atty's, Drs & scientists must be trained to treat juveniles in emotional recovery.
9. Any Juvenile who was prosecuted for any offense that occurred while under the influence of an SSRI, SNRI or similar psychoactive drug, their prosecution is to be reversed and found to have been under the influence of the drugs, therefore to have been temporarily insane. This result would require proper drug free psychoanalysis, talk therapy. Unless it's determined the subject requires the drug for safe / sane withdrawal back into mental health.
10- The age limit of JBoR = > 25yrs
11- New adult age begins @ 26yrs.
12- All education is free thru 24yrs. Masters degree. Plus Reduced costs for advanced degrees.
13- All education is to be based on testing to provide proper guidance.
14- No one is to EVER be prescribed SSRI or SNRI. Nor OPIODS or any addictive meds or drugs. PROTECTION from forced vaccines, shots of any kind.
15- Parental rights of medical & health issues or treatments are paramount. Alt meds are to be allowed.
16- VACCINES have never been triple blind tested & therefore are dangerous must NOT be used. See tge films VAXXED AND BOUGHT; they're both produced by Doctor's, Nurse's, scientific researchers. Mr Robert Kennedy Jr book; Themerisol & mercury is to be the directive.
17- NO Juvenile is to be imprisoned. Any detention center is to be based on respect, compassionate treatment & education is to be provided. Minimal security , Using Waldorf teaching methods.
